Upgrades and Replacements

If your current skylight is acrylic or plastic, cloudy, or leaking, Alpine can provide a complete "No Leak" upgrade.  Larry's extensive background and experience will guide you to the appropriate solution to for your specific situation.

Depending on the individual situation, Larry will then provide a professional rooftop, "No Leak" installation of a new skylight. He also can complete any interior finishing work or repairs. These repairs may include the installation of energy efficient insulation, drywall repairs and finishing, and electric work if requested.

The Solar Powered "Fresh Air" Skylight features a solar panel that captures any available daylight and uses to recharge a highly efficient, fully  concealed battery powered operator and control system. The battery powered operator is the power source that opens and closes the skylight.arain sensor is built in to close the unit in the event that inclement weather arises while you're away.
